I start bass playing in 1985. My first bass was a 4 string Westone Spectrum I. I learned bassplaying from a friend, who was bassplayer in a popband. Later he was learning drums and during 1989-2000 we started the band G.R.E.P. and played rock covers.

During 1985-2003 i played only 4 string lefthand basses. In these period i'v had several basses: Westone Thunder IA, Westone Spectrum GT, Ibanez Soundgear 800, 3 handmade basses (2 from Fox Humana and one from Collier basses)

In 2003 i bought my first five-string bass: Cort B5 LH. Since then i never played a four string anymore, and sold all my four strings basses.

For the last 2 years i am in possession of a five string HK WTHB-S7 lefthand, i bought it second hand. This bass play and sounds very good. I never had such a good bass for so low cost.

Now for almost 3 years i play with some members from my work, our band named: Destilation
