Lost in the maze
2003-2006
After the school with a lot of music in my head but without the knowing what kind of
music i want to play i moved to Budapest from the countryside. I tried myself in different
bands in different styles.
Become a pro... :)
2007-2010
Finally i found myself in one of the really popular alternative band in Hungary, with
90-100 gig in a year... That was crazy...From the small clubs to the main stages of
the festivals we played everywhere in Hungary and the neighbourhood... Usually the
baseline was simple, but i learned there to be confidence on the stage in any situation...
To play is better teacher then a school...

The past few years
Finally we (me and my girlfriend who is a singer) founded our own band called ANEZ.
This is an art-pop duo. We have now 2 LPs, and we collaborated with contemporary dancers
to create a performance. We toured in Tokyo, and now we going to tour in Europe...
As a bass player i'm in a popular 12-piece reggae-dancehall-pop band, called Irie Maffia.
Favourite bands/musicians: Björk, The Foals, Eskmo, Alt-J, Béla Bartók,
Zoltán Kodály, Caribou, Goldfrapp, The Sugarcubes, and many others...
Ok. That was strange to me to going trough my career... The years are passing by, and
sometimes it's good to look back... :) |
