I`ve played left-handed bass since I was 15, I`m 47 now. Playing in a band on Scotland`s West Coast.

My early influences were ANDY FRASER / FREE and JACK BRUCE / CREAM.

I like using right-handed basses as the volume and tone controls are just below my thumb and are easy to alter! My main band "Sound Affair" play dances and weddings so we play 50`s,60`s,70`s,80`s,C&W,Rock and Roll, and Scottish Dance music. I also play gigs with a "ceilidh" bandand a singer-songwriter, in the style of Richard Thompson.
