My objective is to do between 6 and 12 gigs a month, either in a top tribute/covers
band or in a number of less active bands.
I can dep for your band if you need me. I'd need to do a few gigs to make it worth
learning a new set.
My age is 46.
I've been playing in bands for thirty years, and in my bedroom for a few years before
that.
I've played Rock, Pop, Soul, Blues and Folk styles.
I can sing (although I only sound like me!). I can do bluesy lead vocals and I'm pretty
good on BV's. I'm equally happy just holding down the bass groove!
I live in Worcester with my wife and kids.
Travelling to gigs and arriving at the alloted time for soundchecks etc anywhere in
the UK has never been a problem.

I have toured abroad and I'm able to do this again.
I have reliable transport.
I have managed and promoted previous bands. This has included foriegn tours, self promoted
theatre tours and TV. I've also been responsible for developing on-line and off-line
marketing. I maintain an extensive network of contacts within the live music industry
(venues, agents, production companies etc). Like with the vocals, I'm equally happy
just turning up and playing the groove! |
