original 1977 jazz bass neck
clean and straight. frets were removed and then fingerboard has never been
touched by strings. was coated with a light polyuerthene and never used
as afretless.
the coating is so thin and shouldbe a hard coating for a fretless...its
to soft. So, i started to remove it with my fingernails. underneath is virigin
fingerboard!!!
needs to be refretted which is easy. and it will be brand new
This is a original fenderlefty jazz bass neck. extremely hard to find
comes with tuners, nut, string tree and its original three bolt neck
plate.

The neck is very slim. Almost feels like a 4 string towards the nut.
Sound is typical EMG, but there is a wide variety of tone that will suit all styles.

an ebony fingerboard and ebony knobs and bridge. It has passive electronics and hand
wound single coil pickups. This bass also has a 28 position neck so it goes from low
